I worked with NYC design firm C&G Partners to create content for a video wall that had recently been installed in the expansive lobby of JPMorgan Chase headquarters at 270 Park Avenue in Manhattan.
Lobby UX
Among our considerations: At what time(s) of day would people see these screens? How long would they spend looking at them? If someone is walking across the lobby to get to the elevator bank or exiting the building for the day, how can we add something memorable and relevant to that experience?
One of the major components we delivered was a dashboard that featured helpful tips into bite-sized information, such as:
- Up to the minute travel times to NYC airports
- Service status for all subway lines, the Metra, and the LIRR
- 5-day weather forecast (complete with custom particle animations!)
The project is now live at JPMC Headquarters.
