Branching Minds is a web application that helps struggling students in grades K-8 succeed by streamlining the Response to Intervention process across intervention managers, teachers, and parents.
I've been their UX/UI design consultant for about 2 years now.
Branching Minds enables teachers to quickly understand the issues their student is facing by answering a series of questions about observable classroom behavior.
Targeted, research-backed interventions are then recommended to address each students' specific learning challenges.
Teachers and intervention teams can set goals and create plans for intervention work and how they'll evaluate progress. Their plans are reflected in a simple to-do list.
